Faulk with 1.2M$ retained is a straight up swap with RNH. In this scenario, it's a huge overpayment on CAR's end.

A two way centre who can also play wing is way more valuable then a Third pairing PP specialist defense man imo

On most teams he would be on the third pairing. And yes I know he would be higher on the Oilers depth chart but that is only cause the defense sucks.

Hes a 2nd pair Dman but on this team hes expected to be on the 3rd
