These are the guys that I see as sure top 20-25 this year.

0. Jack Hughes (Buffalo Sabres) (Details: Patrick Kane but at center).
0. Kappo Kakko (Carolina Hurricanes) (Details: A mix of Rantanen and Aho (hopefuly MTL finish last and draft him with the idea of making him play with Kotka)).
0. Vasili Podkolzjn (Montreal Canadiens) (Details: This year's Andreï Svechnikov).
0. Alex Newhook (Ottawa Senators) (Details: A less good Nathan MacKinnon. But he still a star in the making).
0. Bowen Byram (Arizona Coyotes) (Details: I'd like to say Niedermayer because of his skating but reasticaly he'll be a mix of Letang and Keith).
0. Philip Broberg (Detroit Red Wings) (Details: Also has exceptionnal skating abilities. So far, he looks like a mini Dahlin. It'll be interesting to see what he's capable of in the Allsvenskan this year).
0. Kirby Dach (Vancouver Canucks) (Details: A big and highly skilled centerman... That was excellent to back up Lafreniere at the Hlinka gretzky tournament last week... Let's say he will be some sort of Draisaitl.).
0. Dylan Cozens (Chicago Blackhawks) (Details: A big two way center that was excellent playing against the best players in the opponent teams... He also displayed many of his skills... He seems to be a Getzlaf kinda guy).
0. Raphaël Lavoie (New York Rangers) (Details: He have great chances to make the team at the wjc this christmas... This guy is an absolute beast. He can fight, he can scores, he can makes the play and he can skate. He will be a more skilled and complete Mantha).
0. Antonni Honka (Edmonton Oilers) (Details: This years Quinton Hughes but in the finn version. Skills, skating, hockey IQ, skills and... did I said skills?).
0. Peyton Krebs (New York Islanders) (Details: A complete wingers that could be higher if he know  a great season. Hes got skills, speed, playmaking abilities and great hockey senses. Huberdeau).
0. Alex Turcotte (New York Islanders from Calgary Flames) (Details: Don't know a lot about him. From what Ive seen Id say Logan Couture... They re both centers and they both have a french name).

Pretty solid explanations on players but rom what Ive seen I would compare:

Jack Hughes - Steve Yzerman (laser shot, exceptional playmaker and passer, exceptional skater, fantastic one-on-one)
Kaapo Kakko - Marian Hossa (defence-to-offence transition, shot, offensive abilities, defensive skills and perfect use of body in dirty areas)
Vasily Podkolzin - Phil Kessel (speed, skating and deadly shot, probably wouldnt be so productive as Kessel, but he has his skating)
Alex Newhook - Kyle Turris (skating abilities, similar junior numbers and they have very similar offensive skillset and two-way game)
Bowen Byram - Tyson Barrie (skating, frame and both are similar styles offensively while keeping it smart in their own zone)
Philip Broberg - Mattias Ekholm
Kirby Dach - Ryan Getzlaf
Dylan Cozens - Ryan Johansen
Raphael Lavoie - Rick Nash
Anttoni Honka - Matt Dumba
Peyton Krebs - Paul Kariya (less offensive, more physical version)
Alex Turcotte - Kyle Turris (same as Alex Newhook, they are basically similar players)
