Jake Gardiner is not a Leaf coming July 1st, 2019.

Also Rosen and Holl are not NHLers (7th guys sure, regulars never) and Johnsson, Kapanen, Ozhiganov and Borgman would all get more money and longer term,

That defense is CHL level

good enough to still help the team get 106 points. A full season of Dermott will help it, and they have 2 50 point defenseman already on the team. Is the d great? No. Its about average. And with that offense, it will be just fine. Wouldn't surprise me if they made a mid season addition too
