Karlsson is getting interest from 4 teams. Tampa Bay, Dallas, Vancouver, and Vegas. Vancouver makes no sense because they're in the middle of a youth movement. Dallas needs to extend Seguin and other key RFAs. Klingberg is already an elite OFD similar to Karlsson. Tampa Bay has too many NTCs that won't be waived to leave mixed with only a couple million in cap space. They could never afford Karlsson's extension either. Vegas seems like the only viable option, and it's pretty well-known that Karlsson will walk after this season. He can get 12-13 on the open market.
