I'd prefer the Leaf's keep Nylander. But he may be worth more as a trade piece at this point.

The Ducks trade is so far off value its silly. Quantity does not equally quality and right now the Ducks are moving the two best players in this trade.

The Blues trade is not much better, Subban will be playing overseas or an AHL lifer and Nylander does not equal Parayko. There is only one team in the league that will give up a true top pairing dman for Nylander and its Carolina, only because they are desperate and showed their hand. The Blues will keep a stern face and show nothing making the Leafs believe they need to overpay, and overpay they should.
