His plays with Mcdavid and Draisaitl can't get anything going.... its time for him move on from that losing mindset team.

He plays with Nuge now but he has hasn't played much with Top line players, that's his issue. His most common linemates outside of Nuge have been Lucic, Caggiula, Strome. They have railroaded this guy with just incompetence

They run their team ass backwards...looking for a winger for McDavid, they keep on throwing Rattie, Chaisson, Caggiula out there for feels like 2 seasons now, and all this time they have JP and want him to "earn his ice time" from working his way up from the 4th line.

Feels like the damage is done with how poorly they have developed him and he is going to be a Yakupov bust

i think if year continues as is you could get him for just the 2nds in off season
