    Ummm no freaking way. Red Wings are going to trade their best young player, and a potential stud defenseman for an aging defenseman and a at best a weak 2nd line center. This is worst than some of the Toronto trades where they get the best players and the other teams take back 3rd and 4th line wingers while golding back salary.

    1st Larkin is a hometown kid and it would have to be a trade that would speed up the rebuild by giving the Wings a top 3 player in the league and he is good but not that good, as of yet. The team right now is average but are trying to rebuild not take 5 steps back.

    This is absolutely terrible from top to bottom. That Panarin contract is hilariously bad and these trades are even worse

    EDIT: and don’t even get me started on the Karlsson deal

    Haha I didnt get past the contract signings... wilson for 8 years at his current salary... kerfoot for 1 mill and 3 years
