3 picks, a top prospect, and 3 mediocre players is a bit much for a player who has 32 pts (10g/22a) making over 8 million a year until he is 34. Nill wouldn't even throw in Dellandrea for Karlsson, so why would he for Voracek? He isn't a great target imo.
