Agree and no way Goldobin gets a 4 year deal let alone for $3.5M per.

Gardiner will easily command at least 6 x 6 on the open market, And Boeser gets 8 x 8.5 more then likely. You're way under on both.

Boesser more likely a 7 year deal south of $7.5M

7 x 7.5 is probably more realistic for Brock Boeser, Not sure if he gets south of it though.

You're probably right. Maybe wishful thinking on my part, but it really depends on what happens with the other RFAs like Marner, Mathews and Rantanen get.

I think might actually clear that. His agents are going to use Tarasenko as a comparison, plus inflation, he may end up around 7.8 - 8.2

Benning is not the most astute negotiator so it's possible he gets over $7.5M. But for a 7 year deal, he shouldn't get more than that.

Tarasenko got $7.5M for an eight year deal. It would cost more to buy that extra year of free agency. But the market is changing with the Toronto and Colorado RFAs.
