Description

Not sure what it would take to make this trade work. I know in the past WPG was interested in Maatta so there might be a possible trade to be made adding picks and prospects. WGP people what would you see being added components or if WPG would still be interested in him? But something like this needs to happen to make cap work for PIT moving forward.

Winnipeg wins this deal easily. I think adding a pick/prospect can be something that makes this deal a little more fair.

I like Lowry, but that is a horrible trade for the Pens.

Honestly, I don't think Winnipeg says yes either. I think Lowry is slightly underrated. He solidifies Winnipeg's bottom 6, great on the draw and is a big body who kills penalties...with a team-friendly cap hit I might add. I'm not gonna lie, I don't watch the Pens that often, but is Maata really all that great? I feel like by now his numbers should be a little better (I could be wrong, again I don't watch a lot of Pens games). Just my 2-cents!
