a top pairing right handed shot defensemen for a winger? .. how many teams do you hear wanting a winger? .. and how many teams do you hear asking for that top pair right handed shot dman? .. those kinda defensemen are in high demand. wingers are not. so sorry, but it flat out is true.

Actually I'm not. My point was that I'm biased at all. Neither Ottawa or Carolina are the teams I watch and neither player I'd be particularly interested in. My point in blowing that off was cause what you said was untrue. Thought it was pretty obvious not to mention it. Guess not. oh i'm absolutely biased, hence why i said "since we're being biased..." before saying stone is a franchise player. But c'mon, 16 pts in 45 games and a -13 for an Offensive D on a pretty good Carolina team, that is not good at all. Where as Stone has 48 pts in 46 games and a +12 on a garbage Ottawa team. To say that Hamilton is worth more than Stone straight up is a joke .
