    I don't think I've ever had to ask this about an ACGM before, but have you hit the Cap Floor?

    I am not totally sure but I would guess the floor would be between 54-57 somewhere in there. NJ hasn't been anywhere near the cap recently either.

    Well now that I see the full cap credit for Clowe I'm positive it'd be above the floor (as I don't think you could maneuver it to get an LTIR credit for him).
