We get it. Oiler's management is a joke. That said many of these players wouldn't have the same development track if they stayed in Edmonton. Dubnyk only recovered after being traded away for future considerations and taking a deep look into his own game. Schultz only flourished after not having so much pressure put onto him. Alot of these players only got better when the soulcrushing expectations to become the savior of Edmonton wasn't on their shoulders anymore.
