I have really liked the Dermott and Zaitsev pairing, and I would like to keep them together. much better than the old pairings IMO.

Gagner is a nice add, read the trade box for why. He doesn't have to stick, and either of him and Moore can be sent down when Johnsson returns. The roster spot isn't an issue, and the cap isn't one either IMO. Also, I found out why they aren't keeping Moore up, and it makes sense. The bonus that they would have to pay would not fit in this years cap. This means that they would have to pay the bonuses next year, which IS A BAD IDEA for obvious reasons. He will be a part of this team next year, and he's a good player to have as a injury relief.

Either way, sending down one of Moore and Gagner solves the bonus problem, and we will have to do it. Doesn't matter which one, so the Gagner add is a good idea IMO because it adds an option without punishing us.

The Jensen deal is an all around great idea. His low hit this year means that the bonuses can get paid, and it's barely more cap than Holl - who don't play. This deal was an idea I had earlier, and received a lot of positive feedback on. Jensen is not technically on the market, and is a UFA, but he is really solid and I think we can afford him next year. Hopefully it's possible, but Ken Holland may not want to move him.

We obviously need even better defence for the top line, but I've made other ACGMs with those ideas, and wanted to keep this one to the small deals and line changes. I'd have to guess that that deal takes place in the summer, as the bonuses are a real pain in the arse, and we can't afford to take too much cap.
