Description

Maybe not all of these, but some of them would be solid enough moves for MB at the deadline. Don't see him taking on any rental players, but maybe making moves to help the team more medium-long term.

Cap space wouldn't be an issue this year as it is at the deadline. Would make space in the offseason by buying out Lucic or Alzner for example.

Ducks just signed Fowler to an affordable long term extension. Nobody in that trade moves the needle in the slightest.

Fowler would cost a 1st, a premium prospect and a 3rd piece. If they were to move him. They aren’t.

1. Anaheim rejects. There simply isn't enough value there for them. Montreal isn't interested in trading future to win now regardless.

2. Both teams could deal with this. That will be Benn's value come TD and if Vegas happens to need a #4/#5 defensemen, this would be a deal to make.

Ok I’m sick of seeing Puljujarvi in trades. Nicholson said he will NOT trade Puljujarvi or his first or any young players this year. I’m always seeing him in trades.

That's pure garbage for Cam Fowler, Jake Muzzin just got a better return then this for one season. And Cam Fowler has 7 more years left after this season. And once again Fowler has a 4 team trade list. And there's no way Montreal is on it.
