Kapanen would be a good fit, but I don't think I'd give up more than CGY's 2019 2nd.

Ah, and for the Zaitsev add-ins for this deal. Every single Leaf trade on this site is usually a way for them to dump him because he’s that hated. Thanks, but no thanks on him. Lol

My original idea was Nylander for Mayfield and the 2019 first on Draft Day. Does that appeal to you more?

Yeah, but top 6 forwards are top 6 forwards. Also, Lamoriello might not be able (or want) to re-sign Eberle.
