how? when a contract is placed on LTIR is doesn't count towards your cap. Your also allowed to go 15% over the cap during the offseason.

Marner @ 11 + million, he and Matthews are just as equal as Kane and Toews or the Sedins were, so pay them equal.

Can't wait to see Liljegren/Sandin in 2020 or even next year on that bottom pair if they're ready.
