Next yrs Cap Floor - is anyone under

Description

I know Arizona is everyone's favourite dumping ground for cap dumps...but I wanted to have a quick look to see if they need cap hit to reach the floor next year.

By my calculations...if we're looking at at cap ceiling of $83m for next year, the cap floor will be approx. $61.3m.

Zona appears to be well above the floor for next year and, while they may have cap space to play with...I can't see them taking on more than a 1year dump as they'll have Gally and Keller coming up the following year.

Just something to keep in mind for anyone making an ACGM team and casting unwanted cap hits to the desert

Crouse will not get that type of money, he'll be closer to 2x2. Schmatlz on the other hand, probably looking at upwards of 4.5 per year.

really not the point of this thread...moreso that Zona doesn't need any 'help' getting to a cap floor.
