Depth addition trades with NJ and ARI

Description
*** Trades happen day of the deadline ***
Panik trade: Sharks give up Heed, who Chakya wisely locks down for cheap for next 2 seasons. Heed has been more than serviceable filling in for Karlsson past few games and I think a savvy GM like Chakya will pull trigger on this. He willingingly eats cap on Panik’s deal upon guarantee of Heed signing the extension. Could make a case for conditionality on the pick and bump it up to a 2020 4th if the Sharks make it to the SCF.

Lovejoy trade: Sharks get an ideal 7th Dman for the playoff run, giving up Jersey native Ryan in the process. Ryan’s ceiling isn’t that high but at 25 he has good years in front of him. Micro Mueller has been a bust for the Devils so far and probably won’t be extended. Ryan is more than ready to fill his slot on the left side. Add in a B-prospect like Letunov (former 2nd rd pick no less) along with a 3rd pick and this deal should get done.

Sharks should look into getting underrated LHD for not just playoff run imo. Panik would be nice for them

Any ideas who that might be? I really like Simek and hope he can hold up through the playoffs ?

I dont think he would be playing that much in playoff this season.. I would look into Jordan Oesterle from Arizona. Underrated defensive Dman who I think would not need to be overpaid to get and also could be extended for below 2mil.

I think the Sharks will look to add a more veteran, playoff-experienced D-man if they do add at all
