Description

Apparently Brian Lawton and Bob Gainey agreed to a trade that wouldve sent Lecavalier to Montreal in exchange for prospects Price, Subban and Pacioretty. The deal was already already done but either Lecavalier or the Bolts ownership blocked the deal.

I think they would've still drafted Hedman. I don't think Price and Pacioretty would've made an immediate impact in 2009.
