Description

With Duchene to CBJ and Washington filling out, I would press for Zuccarello and pay the first and prospect to them. I moved Pearson out for cap purposes and added a 4th for doing so. I would like, if we gave up a 1st, to get a second back somewhere, which I felt could occur by giving Shero a young player for Lovejoy with a 3rd rounder. I would not mind adding a little to that either.

i understand what you're doing here and i don't entirely disagree with it from Pitt perspective....but in your explanation above it sounds like Tristian Jarry is the "prospect" rangers would be getting and they have no need for him. Between Lundqvist, Georgiev, and Igor shestyorkin jarry has no value to them.

This does nothing. Pens need to realize they can’t sign top 6 forwards to play bottom 6 roles.

perhaps! i don't know enough about Pitts prospect - I just know that Jarry won't be it...also as a rangers fan and knowing what Zucc can do, I'd love to see Zucc play alongside Crosby. Obviously don't actually want to see that because we all love zucc but the idea of zucc actually playing with someone of crosby's talent is intriguing purely from a general hockey perspective.

id say that is quite the overpay for Zuc, plus as already pointed out idk if they would want a goalie either. Im fine with the Jersey deal.
