Romanov as a lot of value on the market... he was the defense MVP at the last WJC.

I would go for Skeij but not Hayes, we have a lot of Center coming up the pipeline.

I'd be cool with just Skjei (maybe something like Romanov, 1st, Reilly, maybe a conditional pick based on how well Habs do in playoffs, if they make it at all)

Romanov is not moving -> MB is not mortgaging the future if we are not a legit contender this season.

Although Skjei is young-ish and signed for multiple seasons ... I mostly agree with the theory that MB won,t make any significant moves and that he probably shouldn't, but its more fun to imagine he would
