Description

"The Hockey Writers" did an article that the pens should trade Kessel. It sighted his lack of effort, poor defensive play, and if you takeout the pp his points are basically cut in half. If he has checked out this season why not trade him now? I didn't see him playing rest of his contract here anyway. The article mentions Nashville as a potential destination so here is a trade based on that.

Trading Kessel just to make the playoffs and probably get ousted in the first round doesn't make much sense.

But he's getting traded sooner or later. Probably this off season so why not get a young talented winger and decent top 9 winger.
