That Hall trade would be a bad idea for the Oilers.
The Kings aren't giving away Kempe for that and can't see the Habs having any interest in Russell.

Kempe is one of the Kings better young players and they used a 1st round pick to draft him, I'm sure an old team like the Kings isn't gonna be interested in mid round picks for him.

Are you high? Kempe alone for that package would be highway robbery. Rattie has scored 30 points in his entire CAREER. Kempe is on track to average more than that for his first two full SEASONS.
