Drop Pirri and give Karlsson that $1.25M over the full 8 years and you come closer. There's no way he's signing for $5.25M when he just took a 1 year deal to earn a better longer term deal. He's earned it. & with the cap going up next year, he'll be in line for a nice raise. $6.5M on a 8 year deal would be the starting point or he walks.

Other than that, overall it doesn't look too bad

Personally I wouldn’t drop pirri, they need the depth to resign. I would probably trade Reaves and resign Nosek (or sign someone else cheap) and give the extra 1 million to Karlsson.

That or trade Holden and figure out something there, but I have liked Holden (to my surprise). Reaves can be traded for quite a bit because the demand for a player like him is high with every team.
