I think the value in having Hughes/Kakko for at least 3 years at ELC minimum and then potentially a big contract if they earn it afterwards, trumps having Point at 10M+. Well actually i should say I WOULD risk finding out what I have to Hughes/Kakko than trading that pick away for Point.

I also think point will not be playing with the same players he was in Tampa, in Colorado. Chances are he'd be on the 2nd line with Landeskog and Kerfoot or Compher while Mack and Rantenen play together on the top line.
