Marner wants more $$$$$

Moving Zatisev will require taking back an equally bad contract or the addiction of a good asset to move. He has 3/4 years left. Won’t be cheap. Look what teams paid to move overpaid players with only 1 year left. You want a team to take 3/4 years.

I think Miller should cost more (not saying McPhee will value him properly necessarily) as Brown is a bottom 6 FWD while Miller is a very capanle second pairing guy.

A lot of holes in this IMO. First, a lot of wishful thinking. Second, still a very weak lineup.

Marner gets 11+ million on a long term deal and 9+ million on a 2 year bridge. Marner is better than Matthews. Was Matthews a healthy scratch in the first 2 playoffs games? cause I didn't notice him at all, meanwhile Marner was the best player on either team during those 2 games.

How did you move 13m out and still not have enough to pay marner... I’m boggled.
