Like the idea of trading Barrie for some picks but definitely dont like the Nugent Hopkins pickup or think the Oilers do that trade. They are struggling with finding secondary scoring and wont trade a former 1st Overall pick . Avs may strike out in UFA. Soderberg will be gone soon. Jost is better on wing; so is Kerf. Good wing options will be limited: Toffoli, Kreider. RNH is the best all round forward they could reasonably trade for. I'd like Kreider, but RNH is younger & more attractive to re-sign.
