I suspect that's a bit of overreach. Fowler is a fully valued player on a heavy contract ($6.5M through 2025-26). Anaheim has some cap issues and some speed shortages. Depending who they like in the draft class, the 15th overall and one of the two Finns (Ikonen or Ylonen) would likely get you Fowler. Tatar and a second might also do the trick.
