Zaitsev isn't negative value but it wouldn't be much of a return but someone would take him for a 4th I bet and hope that a change of scenery would help him. Brodie isn't worth Kapanen let alone Kap and a 2nd. The Nashville trade is a massive overpay for a very good 2nd pair defenceman.
