Description

Yeah, I know it's a bit crazy, but its capfriendly, why not throw it out there ...

Suspect Nashville would demand Bratt over some of the 2nd rounders (or in addition to), but that creates another hole to fill. Maybe worth it for NJ though.

With PK & Smith in house, Butcher is no longer needed on PP, but fits in Toronto to replace some of Gardiner's production. Kapanen fits a need at RW.

Free Agency ... go get Connolly or Eberle at RW ... think Connolly may be cheaper, but Eberle better fit (?)

Sign Nemeth & Fantanberg as underrated, steady Ds to shore up the left side next to the younger Santini.

Sending Greene to NY to reunite with Lou Lam. NJ could keep him instead and pass on Nemeth, but I think if they can stomach trading their Captain, it's a younger upgrade.

Its fantasy, but looks like a playoff team to me.

Holy overpayment for PK...why are we paying so much if they're trying to make room for cap? theres gotta be a middle ground here somewhere...decent start

Not sure what the right price is, he's still a top end talent & NJ wont be the only interested party .... PK would be a huge piece for NJ, Perfect fit.

What would you propose that is fair to both sides ... better to slightly overpay & get it done IMO, then to lose out.

Nashville is in "win-now mode", that's a lot of picks, but I think they would want more than Miles Wood as immediate help.

Likely true ... as long as it fits under their cap, which is problematic. They will want Bratt. Need scoring.
