that's WAY too much for Mrazek and not enough for Gardiner (he also doesn't play RD), so it kind of balances out, but no one is replacing Pesce with TVR or Gardiner. Leafs would rather have Pesce imo, trade him instead of scratching him, he's a number 2 D-man.

As for the post. For Gardiner, triple the term and double the AAV.

I'm referring to the fact that he has Pesce scratched. if Pesce is the 7th best defenceman in this person's mind, it makes no sense to scratch him as Toronto would rather have him than Hamilton

i know right! he's a #2 D man for 4 mil. it's an absolute steal. i like Gardiner, but he's a decent #3 at best
