Toronto doesn't need Jensen, they would rather trade for Pionk

Jensen is pretty solid, just doesn't wanna sign in NY since they soured the relationship. Leafs love their Euros, not gonna lose sleep over a 7th.

Not NHL player. He is as needed as unsuccessful 7th round pick. Id take the pick.

right side of D. Pionk is a young skilled RHD. fits Toronto perfectly and could become a top 4 D if developed correctly. Leafs have plenty of wingers to fill out the bottom 6. it would be a waste of a pick

they love signing Europeans. Jensen is a guy who couldn't make it in North America. Andreas Johnsson was a 7th round pick, so was Garret Sparks. Leafs love their late picks

idk it depends, I see a lot of NYR fans trading him in their ACGMs, value couldn't be that high. 3rd and a middling prospect?

i wish but Buffalo just acquired him and it was a late 1st and a young D prospect. I don't think Toronto wants to move either of Sandin or Liljegren and especially not since Buffalo is in their division.

But we need less of that lmao. Rielly is good defensively on most part but simetimes he looks like a child in own zone turning like he doesnt know where his skates are lol

yeah fair enough. Pionk just seems like a guy you play 3rd pair or with Muzzin in a sheltered role and just let him fly. he's like a right handed Rielly offensively, stick him on PP2 to get that going. Leafs are also notorious for developing guys, maybe put him in the doghouse like Babs did with Rielly in 16-17 and help him improve defensively.
