I think the Canucks management and ownership are old school guys and haven't put half the resources into health science as the Leafs have and it shows with all the injuries they have incurred over the years. That being said, he's just a decent guy who could be a good complement to Rielly and picked up for cheap at the deadline. I would assume that TO would only be resigning him if they can get him for 2-3 years at under 3 million and he'd be a guy that would play anywhere he was needed.

I haven't seen enough of him to say for sure. But from what I have seen on here, he's a decent player, probably not a top pair guy. He's a better player on a team that isn't that good so its always hard to say. I do feel like he would cost too much and it would also require more moves to make him fit under the cap. Next season there is more room and we'll have a better idea of what our needs are.
