Dermott and Hyman will be on IR to start the year.

Muzzin in the trouba deal is stupid for the Leafs since the right side is still putrid.

Trouba would be such a good fit on that team. I've heard rumblings, as I'm sure you all have, that he doesn't want to sign long term in a canadian city, but that being said, Toronto isn't exactly Winnipeg.

If they could figure out a fair deal, he would be such a good add. Nylander for Trouba could be a pretty fair deal for both sides given that Winnipeg doesn't seem to be a place Trouba will sign long term.

pipe dream for the leafs is more like a bad acid trip. paying too much in the trade and his future salary, even if wanted to stay in canada. to give picks away just to get rid of zaitsev. I see trouba often and don't know why his rfa status and soon to be ufa status has elevated him into top star status.
