This is probably the best one I've seen in a while for the Pens. The only thing I would disagree with is moving Rust. Since we're below the cap we might as well retain him to start the season. He can always be moved later. I guess I would add that with the cap going up and how well he played, Hagelin likely gets closer to 3MM

yeah someone came up with this really bad idea of moving one of the fastest player on the team for like nothing. As if that is ever going to happen. His cap hit is more than worth the return you get on the ice.
Hags, should not be brought back, period. The only way I bring him back is if the cap hit is under 2 million. He's 30 years old and not the player he use to be.

Looks like he changed it back since Rust is back in and Hagelin is gone
