All those trades seem reasonable to me. I was going to question the New Jersey deal, but then I saw that you are retaining 50% of his salary. My only comment is I wonder whether Valtteri Filppula would really want to end his career in Edmonton.

Only thing I might suggest is playing Haula as your 3rd line centre. Aboslutely fabulous in the circle.

If you are not going to do that, the second bonus on Haula is he has seious wheels, and might be better suited to play on McJesus' line.

If his health is a concern, I might suggest Pageau in Ottawa. Similar contract, similar skill set.

injury concerns aroud pageau as well but appreciate the feedback and I agree.

I agree he may not want to but in that case I can move Haula there and pick up a bottom 6 winger on the cheap
