Maybe the Islanders want a bit more (might depend on how they value Turris and if they lose out on their UFA's). But they have lots of strong defenders and can now create a 2nd scoring line.

I think Nashville is happy as it frees up cap space and gives them two young relatively cheap offensively gifted players.

Toronto obviously gets an RHD and just barely squeezes under the cap. Pulock had a good season but is not a finished product.

Also, Marleau is not scratched by accident. I think the Leafs need to play the best 12 regardless of salary and I think Petan can make a case that's him and not Patty. The Bellemare signing can be anybody (Eric Fehr even) to try and bring in some 4C competition with Gauthier. Contract is able to be buried if Engvall shows he can do the job.
