I don't know if Ottawa would do that trade, Melnyk is a cheapo and both Manning and Gagner where only Gagner is of some value for 2 draft picks. Also I think Vegas has Miller ranked higher to want much more closer to a 2nd rounder sadly. Otherwise, the trades make sense.

Las Vegas would definitely want more for Miller.

Minnesota might accept that offer outright, or might ask for a prospect like Maksimov instead of Rieder.
