I was assuming if the Bruins win the cup he'd take a discount to stay with the defending champs

yeah that seems reasonable enough, I think if they win he stays in Boston for 3.25

I feel like because hes still relatively young (28, which is the same as Krug), and with his insane playoff season hes having he will be 4+, probably closer to 4.5. Hopefully the Bs keep him because hes a deadly addition to depth
