That Fleury trade is a joke. Why would the Penguins retain salary and then accept Englland on top of that. The Penguins won't have to do either of those things.

In three years, Merkley and the 22nd pick overall might be better than Backlund.

why would you take on the Pronger cap hit you're no where near the floor you dont need a cap hit like that for a guy you have to pay next to nothing in salary for.
That's just straight up not thinking.

to the pens fans who all think Fleury is worth all that and a bag of potato chips. Mark Messier endorsed lays potato chips.
Look at the Luongo deal.
I'm sorry you're not getting what you think you should for Fleury.
And especially not now that theres gonna be an expansion draft.
