My guess is that COL accepts and FLA and VAN decline. Pysyk has low value, Zaitsev has no value. Zaitsev might be better player but his contract lowers the value to 0. VAN seem to have plans for Gaudette, wouldn't be surprised to see him as the 3C of the team next year.
