Yes, I think Florida needs to improve their defense more than they need to improve their goaltending.

What happened to Weegar? I know at least three teams that would be interested in him.

Honestly, I don’t think Weegar is a very good defenseman. They’d be better served distributing his minutes elsewhere. In this situation, they improve their defense, acquire a high-end forward, keep Hoffman, and give young guys like Heponiemi and Tippett a real shot
