In my opinion I would keep lablanc

Hard same. The kid is just starting to develop and he's already pushing numbers that aren't much behind Nyquist's. Sure, Labanc needs time to figure out his defensive game, but I think he's worth keeping around for another couple of seasons (can we say bridge deal?) to see if he can sort that out since he's so goddamn good on the PP.

The vast majority of us saw Nyquist as a rental and were never counting on keeping him. Would it be nice? Yeah. Is he worth losing Timo or Labanc over? Nah.

(though I'm already bracing for losing Labanc over the summer)
