SJ is going to have trouble fitting everyone under the cap. Meier is looking for the biggest pay day. They need to look at ways of making cap space, by dumping Dillons contract and letting go of Meier they will create enough cap space for Labanc, Pavelski, and Thornton. Possibly Nyquist. And they get two entry level, capable NHLers, a former Hobbey Baker finalist, and former first round pick.

Boston flips Dillon for picks. Not necessarily to the Habs but I think he would fit in well there. They could use a solid LHD.

Boston trades Backes to Ottawa to retain salary and flip him to another team looking for a bottom 6 physical winger.

Miller is still a strong bottom pairing guy. He is physical and kills penalty's, I think Bufalo would be a good fit but any team looking for depth D would work.
