NYR trade is awful. we are not taking a $4M cap dump and getting back a 2020 pick in the 4th round for a player with almost 20 goals.

35 point rental. He isnt worth nearly as much as rangers fan think. I personally dont even want him in Buffalo. Just seems to be the word right now. Ive seen so many rangers threads getting pick 31 for him. Good luck with that. Trouba just cost pick 20, Trouba is good.

Dumping 9 million is not easy, we shall see on that one. History shows that type of cap hit doesnt seem to net too much in return when an organization wants them gone.

point is, your undervaluing an asset. its a FOUR MILLION DOLLAR CAP DUMP and a 35 point rental. Vesey alone is worth a 3rd.

30 point rentals playing on the 3rd line do not net 3rd rounds. I dont even like giving up a 4th for him. As you can see, I am not a Vesey fan. I dont think he is going. One trick pony, who isnt that great at his one trick.

personally, I NEVER liked vesey. but value is how it is. hell net a 3rd. Ill come back here when he does.
