Most of these deals seem realistic to me. I think the Wings would have to add some value to the JP trade, maybe a late 2nd or 3rd or mid tier prospect that Holland loves. Pittsburgh could use help on the back end and the Tampa deal is likely possible. Could see the Wings offering NYI 2nd instead of their own.

Holland can get a better return from other teams. Plus he's been clear that he is going to be patient with poolparty. This cause of the drouin situation where Yzerman waited till his value increased and then ended up trading for fair value. He wont get a vlue that Yzerman get but, definitely will make sure he gets something better than helm
