I would rather have Weber at this point.
Good leader, players a 200ft game, less of a distraction, doesn't need the attention.

Think of it this way, a player with the talent like Subban has now been traded once by a city/organization that loved him and is now being in trade rumors in Nashville. put 2 and 2 together.....people get tired of the me me me mentality.
