likely scenarios are shaping up to be you are stuck with Burky until trade deadline and/or cheapest bottom 3 forwards you can possibly get effectiveness from. I think Dowd fits in. I contend Gersich should get minutes, dump Stevie, sit Boyd in the press box, and maybe get Acciari or even retain Jaskin (?)

But the team NEEDS serious improvement from Burakovsky, 78-82 games healthy from Oshie and Kempny, a better season and playoffs from Kuzy, and marketed improvement from Orlov.

The Caps have qualified Burakovsky so his contract will be roughly 3.25M.
