RR is pretty bad. I don't think he fetches a good return in a trade

Would I be crazy to offer sheet Aho for 9.5m for 7 years? I feel like he’s worth it.

Not at all, but offer sheets rarely, if ever, work. the Canes definitely match. It would have to be team very tight to the cap, and an offer much higher that they cannot possibly match. In most cases, though, a team would find a way to dump payroll to match & retain the player.
